Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)

Online Cooking Classes

How does it work?

All classes are pre-recorded.

Once you purchase a class, you can access the content anytime you’d like – pause, watch it again – whenever it works for you!

Each class is divided into recipes – each recipe has its own video, written recipe and notes.

How long do I have access to the online classes?

There is no time limit (as long as my site is “live”).

You decide when you start and when you finish, so you can take you time and enjoy the classes at your own pace!

How do I access my classes?

Once you purchase a class (or more), sign in to My Account, then click on My Classes to access all the classes you purchased.

Are all the classes vegan?

Yes! All of my classes are 100% vegan.

Are there gluten-free / nut-free recipes?

Of course! A lot of my recipes are gluten-free / nut-free to begin with, or can be modified to be so.

Each class page will tell you how many recipes can be made gluten-free/nut-free, and each recipe will have modification options, if available.

Do I need any special equipment to take the classes?

Nope! – nothing too fancy.

You’ll need access to an oven, stove, and basic kitchen equipment.

Some of the recipes do require a blender or a food processor – you can find this information on the class’s main page.

Do I get the recipes in writing as well?

Yes, each recipe has its own video, list of ingredients, written instructions, and equipment needed.

Will the ingredients be hard to source?

Most of the ingredients are easily found in supermarkets.

My international cuisine classes require some unique ingredients for some of the recipes – those can be found in international or specialty food stores.

I also suggest alternatives to more accessible ingredients when possible.

Who are these classes for?

Anyone!

You can enjoy my classes whether you are a beginner – as I go through every step of each recipe – or if you have been cooking for a while and are looking for some new inspiration in the kitchen.

How long are the classes?

Each class has an average of 9 recipes.

Each recipe has its own video – each video’s length is anywhere from 3 minutes to 15 minutes, depending on the recipe’s complexity.
