This recipe is so simple and quick, it’s light and airy, and of course – delicious!
Enjoy it as a condiment or add to dips, dressings, salads etc
Prep time: 5 min
Makes 1 1/2 cups
- 1 cup grapeseed oil
- 1/2 cup unsweetened soy milk
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- 1/2 tsp apple cider vinegar
- 1 tsp sea salt
Place all of the ingredients into a blender and blend for 1-2 minutes.
