Rachel Babaganov is a Certified Wim Hof Instructor. She began her career as a nurse in Canada when she was 21. She quickly observed the emphasis on the treatment of symptoms instead of Empowerment and Prevention. She decided therefore, to take a life-changing trip to India, and lived in Southeast Asia for some years. During these transformative years, she explored modalities including Yoga, Ayurveda and Meditation, and became increasingly aware of the power of movement, nature, and silence to support her well-being. In 2019, while completing her Masters of Public Health, she was introduced to the Wim Hof Method. The method has changed her life in profound ways, connecting the dots of her previous experiences, education, and inner wisdom, and allowing her to step into her power in ways she could never have imagined. Now she devotes her work and time cultivating these qualities in herself, and others, to support healing and personal transformation in a fast-paced world. She also now hosts workshops and retreats around Europe and Canada.
