Join me for a delicious afternoon in the Thai kitchen!
We will meet new ingredients and flavours, prepare a multi-course meal, all from scratch, in a wonderful hands on experience, taste and mix different new spices and learn helpful kitchen tips.
On the menu:
Making curry paste from scratch
Green papaya salad (Som Tum)
Creamy peanut Pad Thai
Fresh salad rolls with peanut sauce
Coconut lime rice
Wholesome green curry
Thai iced tea
You will learn great recipes, make them from scratch, and of course- taste them!
