Cooking a Mediterranean Feast

Join me for an evening of mouthwatering flavours from the Mediterranean!
We will prepare a multi-course meal, all from scratch, in a wonderful hands on experience, taste different new spices and learn helpful kitchen tips.
On the menu:
- Real Mediterranean hummus with seared mushrooms
- Spelt Challah bread
- Roasted eggplant salad
- Sprouted red lentil patties
- Tahini sauce
- Mediterranean Chopped Salad
- Moroccan preserved lemons
- Tahini-maple ice cream for a sweet ending!
You will learn great recipes, make them from scratch, and of course – eat them!

$66 per person (fee includes dinner and recipes to take home).
